Opolo Vineyards comprises 270 acres of estate vineyards (Map) on both
the Westside and Eastside of Paso Robles. With such, we are well positioned
to produce some of the finest ultra-premium wines from this stellar winegrowing
region. The Westside vineyard, located in the Santa Lucia Mountains just West of Paso Robles, is also home to our winery and tasting room. The climate there is influenced by maritime air from the Morrow Bay area, and is particularly well suited to our varietals grown there, including Sangiovese, Zinfandel, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet and Chardonnay.
