Concerto is a Bordeaux-style blend made from grapes sourced from the rolling hills of Paso Robles. Aging in French and American oak barrels highlights concentrated flavors of cherry and black current. Abundant soft tannins contribute to the long satisfying finish.
Comprised of 50% each of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, the 2012 Fusion combines the complex and robust structure of Cabernet and the fleshy fruit forward goodness of Syrah. Spicy aromas of cinnamon, allspice and plum dominate. Full bodied and fleshy with an incredibly full and rounded mid mouth that leads to a wonderfully long finish. Drink now and will age for 5 years. Pair with grilled Moroccan lamb.
One of the bolder Bordeaux-style varietals, this richly extracted Petit Verdot is a pleasure to experience. Observed in the glass, the rich dark color is an omen of what’s to come. This is a full-bodied, fruit forward wine (blackberry and other dark berry notes), and cellaring has contributed to the velvety tannins.

We have direct control of the viticultural practices, and as a result, we learn whatworks best in the vineyard to produce exceptional wines. This Syrah showcases the potential of Syrah grown in the Paso robles area. It offers a generous bouquet of fruit, while barrel aging for 20 months in both French and American oak has lent this wine a beautiful lightly toasted component and lush mouth-feel. The color is a rich garnet and the natural acidity is well balanced.
Upfront aromas strawberry and blueberry are complimented with nuanced vanilla and clove. Wonderfully fruit forward flavors of raspberry and cherry lead to a delightfully long and satisfying finish. Medium bodied and supple it can pair with a variety of dishes ranging from citrus grilled chicken to classic spaghetti and meatballs.

Montagna-Mare is a blend of Barbera and Sangiovese grapes from carefully selected vineyards. This "Italianesque" wine has a very long, spicy finish that is fruit driven yet integrated with broad strokes of oak aging.
The color of this wine is our darkest of this vintage, an omen of the dark berry, plum and blueberry to be discovered. This well extracted wine also exhibits vanilla bean, black licorice and cherry as well. This is a full-bodied wine with firm tannins and a long finish.

Sangiovese, the noble grape of Tuscany, has found a new home at Opolo Vineyards. Our Sangiovese is a fullbodied wine featuring forward fruit characteristics of raspberry, mint leaves and black cherry. The luxurious finish lingers on the palate, popping with bright acidity and velvety texture. Barrel aging on 100% American oak lend this wine soft tannins and subtle oak nuances.
